Varieties Bobal y Tempranillo

Appearance

Ruby red colour with bluish hints.

Nose

Intense aromas of ripe fruits with high aromatic intensity.

Taste

Fruity and round in the mouth. Persistent and balanced finish.

Temperature

Serve at 14 to 16 ºC.

Pairing

Red meat, lamb and game. Medium-cured cheeses.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile.

Terroir

Vineyards located approximately at 600 – 900 meters altitude, with Mediterranean-continental climate. Low yield is achieved in a natural way, due to the age of the vines and low rainfall throughout the year. All these conditions allow us to produce high quality grapes. Mediterranean-continental weather.

Vinification

Destemmed and partially squeezed, with a high proportion of whole berries, daily remounts. Controlled fermentation at temperatures between 23 and 28ºC with selected and autochthonous yeasts, to obtain wines with aromatic complexity.

AGEING: 6 Months in American oak barrels with a medium toasted.
