Terroir

Vineyards located around 700 meters above sea level. Mediterranean-continental weather. Low rainfall regime (400 lts.) The average age of the vineyard is about 30 years and the maximum production of 45 hl / ha. Soils with a frank texture showing a balance between sands, clays and silt.

Vinification

Destemmed and partially squeezed, with a high proportion of whole berries, daily remounts. Controlled fermentation at temperatures between 23 and 28º C with selected yeasts and autochthonous. Each variety is vinified separately.

AGEING: 24 Months in French and American oak barrels with a medium toasted.
