Varieties Tempranillo & Garnacha

Appearance

Bright wine with medium-to-high intensity.

Nose

Elegant aromas of ripe red fruits and liquorice notes.

Taste

Toasted and vanilla notes with long and elegant fruity aftertaste.

Temperature

Serve at 12 y 16ºC.

Pairing

Meat, pasta, tapas, mediumcured cheeses.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile, with wide experience in Chile, The United States and Castilla La Mancha.

Terroir

Grape harvested in plots located at an altitude between 300 and 600 meters. The vineyards have the perfect balance to allow harvesting the grapes at its best ripening stage. The low yields per hectare allow us to obtain a concentrated and aromatic wine.

Vinification

De-stemmed and partially crushed, with a high proportion of full berries. 10 – 15 days maceration period with a daily overpumping. Controlled fermentation at 24 – 28º C with autochthonous yeasts, contained in the grapes themselves.
