Appearance

Bright strawberry-pink colour.

Nose

Aromas of flowers and red fruit as ripe red cherries.

Taste

Tasty and fresh wine with a persistent aftertaste.

Temperature

Serve at 6 y 10ºC.

Pairing

Aperitif, fresh fish, fried or seafood. Rice, Oriental food, light meat and pasta.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile, with wide experience in Chile, The United States and Castilla La Mancha.

Terroir

Grapes picked from La Rioja Alta, a sub division of DOCa Rioja appellation. The vineyards are located over 300 to 600 meters height in Alesanco, San Asensio and Uruñuela surroundings, where the cold temperatures allowed a slow ripening process. These ideal conditions keep all the aromas and freshness of the grapes.

Vinification

Short skin maceration and gentle pressed. The clean and fresh must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (15- 18ºC) using selected yeast.
