Appearance

A cherry red color with hints of brick.

Nose

On the nose, aromas of wild red and black fruits unfold, with delicate notes of vanilla, licorice, and spices, a result of its time in oak.

Taste

On the palate, its warmth evokes memories of cherries in liquor, with toasted nuances. The retro-nasal finish is floral and balsamic.

Temperature

Serve at 17 & 18º C.

Pairing

Ideal with roasts, traditional stews or mild cured cheeses.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile.

Terroir

To make this wine we use grapes exclusively from Arnedo, where
our winery is also located, which allows us to capture the essence of
this origin and highlight the deep link with our history.

Vinification

For its production, each variety matures at a different rate, we ferment each one separately. We start with the Tempranillo, which is destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts at controlled temperatures between 24 and 28oC. Subsequently, the wine rests for six months in new American oak barrels. The Garnacha, which matures later, is also fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. After that, it is aged for a year in French oak vats.
