Alcohol 12,5% Vol.

Varieties Viura - Tempranillo Blanco - Garnacha Blanca

Appearance

Greenish bright, yellow colour.

Nose

Notes of fresh fruits, floral and aromatic.

Taste

Juicy, fruity, pleasant and persistent in mouth, with a little bit of acidity in harmony with fruit.

Temperature

Serve at 6 y 10ºC.

Pairing

Fresh fish, fried or seafood. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif and with tapas.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile, with wide experience in Chile, The United States and Castilla La Mancha.

Terroir

Grapes picked from La Rioja Alta, a sub division of DOCa Rioja appellation. The vineyards are located over 300 to 600 meters height in Alesanco, San Asensio and Uruñuela surroundings, where the cold temperatures allowed a slow ripening process. These ideal conditions keep all the aromas and freshness of the grapes.

Vinification

Short skin maceration and gentle pressed. The clean and fresh must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (15- 18ºC) using selected yeast.
