Type of wine Rosé

Appearance

Strawberry pink light and bright colour.

Nose

Fruity aromatic persistence with intense notes of red fruit, citrus and certain floral nuances.

Taste

Intense fruity flavors, fresh, smooth and balanced. Long and of great persistence on the palate.

Temperature

Serve at 6 to 10º C.

Pairing

Ideal with light meats, smoked meats, seafood, rice and pasta.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile.

Terroir

Situated in the sub-zone of Ribera Baja between 200 and 400 meters high in the South of Navarra. It is the most important region of the D.O. in extension and number of wineries. Rainfall of 448 mm per year. The number of favourable days to cultivate vineyards reaches 241 a year.

Vinification

Destemmed and partially crushed, with a maceration time of 10 hours at 18-20ºC. The wine is clarified. Controlled fermentation between 18- 20ºC
