Varieties Tempranillo & Cabernet Sauvignon

Appearance

Red colour with garnet nuances, clear, bright and with high layer.

Nose

Expressive and elegant wine with persistent aromas. Red fruit and elegant spicy notes.

Taste

In palate velvety tannins, and a long aftertaste.

Temperature

Serve at 14 to 16º C.

Pairing

Ideal to accompany all kinds of red meats, roasts and stews; perfect with all kinds of cheeses not very cured, can be enjoyed with tapas.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile.

Terroir

Situated in the sub-zone of Ribera Baja between 200 and 400 meters high in the South of Navarra. It is the most important region of the D.O. in extension and number of wineries. Rainfall of 448 mm per year. The number of favourable days to cultivate vineyards reaches 241 a year.

Vinification

Destemmed and partially crushed, with a high proportion of whole berries, with a maceration time of 10 to 15 days, daily pumpings. Controlled fermentation at a temperatures between 25 and 28º C.
