Appearance

Bright yellow-green colour

Nose

In nose it shows delicate herbs and citrus hints along with tropical fruits like pineapple and passionfruit.

Taste

Fresh and zesty. Fine bubbles brings a pleasant sweet and crispy fresh.

Temperature

Serve at 4 to 6ºC

Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif and perfect match for tapas, fruit desserts or chocolates.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile.

Terroir

Elaborated with grapes from vineyards at approximately 800 meters above the sea level, which provides fresh temperatures at night, keeping the varietal and fruity aromas of the wine.

Vinification

Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Before alcoholic fermentation is done the wine is sulphited and kept at low temperature to keep its sugar and a low alcoholic content. Static stabilization in cold.
