Bright yellow-green colour

Nose

In nose it shows attractive notes of tropical fruit like banana and passion fruit, leaving an elegant herbal hint

Taste

Fresh and silky in palate with pleasant fruit tones. Long, mineral finish with well integrated acidity

Temperature

Serve at 6 y 8ºC

Pairing

Enjoyed with fresh fish, fried, seafood. As an aperitif and with tapas

Terroir

Wine made with grapes from vineyards at approximately 800 meters above the sea level, which provides fresh temperatures at night, keeping the varietal and fruity aromas of the wine.

Vinification

Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Once alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is sulphated and kept cool, stirring the lees, in order to maintain oxygen free environment and gain roundness in mouth. Static stabilization in cold.
