Appearance

Intense and deep violet red color

Nose

Fruity and floral with elegant notes in nose of violets and red fruits.

Taste

Broad, expressive, and complex in mouth with a long and fruity finish.

Temperature

Server at 16 y 18ºC.

Pairing

Ideal to accompany red meats, poultry dishes and blue or cured cheeses.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile.

Terroir

Vineyards located in a soft plain between 600 and 800 meters of altitude where low yields are obtained, due to the age of the strains and the low rains during the year that ensure a good quality and concentration in the grapes. Continental weather with Mediterranean influence. 3.000 hours of sunshine per year.

Vinification

Fermented at temperatures of 23-28ºC with daily pumping to extract aromas and colour. Once the alcoholic fermentation is over, the wine malolactic fermentation Is done moving the lees to obtain roundness in the mouth.
