Type of wine White

Appearance

Bright yellow with greenish hints.

Nose

White fruit with tropical nuances. Fresh with well-balanced acidity.

Taste

In palate is juicy and fresh, good balance wine with a fruity finish.

Temperature

Serve at 6 y 8ºC.

Pairing

Enjoyed with fresh fish, fried, seafood. As an aperitif and with tapas.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile.

Terroir

Vineyards located in a soft plain between 600 and 900 meters altitude. Naturally low yields are obtained, due to the age of the strains and the low rainfall during the year that ensure a good quality and the concentration of the grape.

Vinification

Destemming and partial crushing with a large proportion of whole berries. The grapes are pressed and the must is decanted for 24 hours, then the fermentation at 15-18ºC, using selected yeasts. Clarification before the cold stabilization.
