Appearance

Bright strawberry-pink

Nose

Soft, fresh and fruity, predominantly red berries, especially raspberries.

Taste

Fresh, elegant and well balanced with body and a fruity aftertaste.

Temperature

Serve at 6 y 8ºC.

Pairing

Enjoyed as an aperitif with tapas, rice, seafood, pink salmon, or light meat.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile.

Terroir

Vineyards located in a soft plain between 600 and 800 meters of altitude where low yields are obtained, due to the age of the strains and the low rains during the year that ensure a good quality and concentration in the grapes. Continental weather with Mediterranean influence. 3.000 hours of sunshine.

Vinification

Crushed grape, maceration during 10 hours. Fermentation at 18 degrees. Selected yeast. None ageing in wood and released to the market after one to two months after bottling.
