Appearance

Pale with green hues.

Nose

Notes of tropical fruit like banana and passion fruit, leaving an elegant herbal hint.

Taste

Fine and round in the mouth with an elegant sweet finish.

Temperature

Serve at 6 y 8ºC

Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany cheeses and foie grass.

Team led by Rodrigo Espinosa, Agricultural Engineer and Oenologist by the University of Chile.

Terroir

Vineyards located in a soft plain between 600 and 800 meters of altitude where low yields are obtained, due to the age of the strains and the low rains during the year that ensure a good quality and concentration in the grapes. Continental weather with Mediterranean influence. 3.000 hours of sunshine per year.

Vinification

Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Once alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is sulphated and kept cool, stirring the lees, in order to maintain oxygen free environment and gain roundness in mouth. Static stabilization in cold.
